Find the Right Event for Your Skill Level

Not all Ellora Mahjong events are the same, we encourage you to read the event description before booking. We have different events throughout each month:

Beginner Sessions: New to mahjong? Start here. These events include a full walkthrough of the rules, and our hosts stay hands-on throughout the night to help you build your hand, understand the calls, and start playing with confidence.

Open Play: Our Open Play events are best for players who have already completed a beginner course. These sessions move at a faster pace and assume you’re comfortable with the basics, so they’re best suited to returning players looking to socialize and sharpen their game.

If you’re not sure which event is right for you, check the listing details or reach out — we’re always happy to point you in the right direction.

Ellora Mahjong events attract a wide mix of guests – fun night out groups, birthday celebrations, date nights, and solo attendees looking to meet new people. Central Florida’s mahjong scene has exploded over the last few years, and our events have become one of the most sought-after spots for mahjong events in Orlando and the surrounding suburbs.
